Oak Ridges Air Management Facility Nears Completion
The Oak Ridges Air Management Facility is progressing
steadily, with key milestones achieved as the project moves into its final
phase.
Permanent Power Now Live
In early December, the site received permanent power, a
major step forward in preparing the facility for full operation. This
achievement, made possible through collaboration with Alectra Utilities,
ensures the necessary infrastructure is in place to support the next stages of
the project.
Enhancements to Site Accessibility and Landscaping
November brought further progress with the successful
completion of the landscaping phase, which included the installation of paver
blocks, tree planting, and sod placement. Additionally, driveway restoration
was finalized, improving site accessibility and safety as the facility nears
completion.
Entering the Final Commissioning Phase
As the year wrapped up, the project team began the
commissioning phase, conducting input/output checks and successfully starting
up the Motor Control Center (MCC). These crucial steps are ensuring that all
systems are fully operational and ready for the facility’s long-term success.
Thanks to the dedication of our site teams and management, the Oak Ridges Air Management Facility is on track for completion, with momentum continuing into the final stages of the project. Stay tuned for further updates as we reach the finish line!
