Senior Proposal ManagerI began my journey with NAC in 2009, focusing on Business Development and Proposals. Over the years, I've seen firsthand how our team’s dedication and expertise have made NAC a leader in the Canadian water and wastewater treatment market. One of the aspects I appreciate most about NAC is our ability to self-perform civil, mechanical, and electrical work. This seamless integration across disciplines allows us to operate as a cohesive family, ensuring quality and efficiency on every project. The fact that we are 100% employee-owned adds a unique dimension to our work culture. It fosters a sense of ownership and commitment that you won't find in larger, more hierarchical companies.
