We’re investing in all our apprentices

At NAC, we’re committed to our people. We understand that our success depends on the collective efforts of our team, and we strive to work together in a supportive and respectful manner. We value open communication and encourage our employees to share their ideas and opinions to help us grow and improve. We’re invested in our employees’ success and growth, so we offer apprenticeships for individuals in almost all construction trades, including carpentry, plumbing, pipefitting, and electrical work.

At NAC, an apprenticeship is another form of post-secondary education that combines paid work-based training with technical training in a classroom or shop setting. To become a certified tradesperson, individuals must complete components and examinations to earn a Certificate of Qualification. We view apprenticeship as a privilege and an honour. However, becoming a certified tradesperson requires hard work, commitment, and dedication. We believe in providing employees with the tools and resources to excel and achieve their career goals. In return, we ask for our employees’ commitment and dedication to upholding our values and delivering high-quality work. We believe in building long-term relationships with our employees and are committed to supporting them throughout their careers at NAC.
