As NAC’s Director of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), Brandon Woodruff leads the ongoing development and execution of NAC’s HSE programs nationwide. He is responsible for providing strategic and field-level leadership across all safety-related initiatives—supporting employees, senior management, and project teams in delivering safe, compliant, and high-performing worksites.
Since joining NAC, Brandon has played a pivotal role in revitalizing the HSE program, enhancing day-to-day practices, and reinforcing the mindset that safety is not just a requirement—but the way we work. His “Safety as a Habit” philosophy has helped strengthen planning, communication, and on-site execution, while his collaborative leadership style continues to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
With a strong field presence and a commitment to staying closely connected to NAC’s project teams, Brandon is focused on proactive engagement, legislative compliance, and the advancement of programs that support both individual well-being and organizational resilience.
