Dan Chauvin, Vice President, Operations at NAC, brings more than 20 years of industry experience, specializing in project and program management with a focus on operational excellence. In his role, Dan oversees NAC’s operations, ensuring alignment between our people, processes, and strategic goals. He provides key leadership, driving the success of construction projects from both an operational and financial perspective while supporting teams with his vast expertise and guidance.
Dan is known for his ability to streamline processes, optimize resource use, and mentor teams to reach their full potential. He holds a Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.) designation and is a Project Management Professional (PMP). Throughout his career, he has led large-scale projects in water and wastewater engineering and construction, in both public and private sectors, providing invaluable insight and direction to project teams across the country.
A firm believer in continuous growth, Dan is committed to both his professional development and the development of his team members. He is passionate about fostering talent, embracing challenges, and driving operational improvement. Outside of work, he enjoys playing hockey, golfing, hiking, camping, and tackling home renovation projects, reflecting his commitment to maintaining a healthy work-life balance—an essential aspect of his leadership approach.
