As Director of Field Operations, Stephen Trollip provides national leadership across NAC’s Mechanical, Civil, and Electrical field teams. With a focus on optimizing productivity, supporting field staff, and upholding the highest standards of safety and quality, Stephen plays a central role in shaping the success of NAC’s self-perform project delivery.
Stephen brings nearly two decades of experience leading complex infrastructure and heavy industrial construction projects across Canada and South Africa. He has held senior leadership roles overseeing high-performing field teams, and has built a reputation for field execution excellence, strategic workforce planning, and a collaborative approach to operations management.
At NAC, Stephen works closely with Project Superintendents, Operations Managers, and senior leadership to align daily site operations with long-term business goals. He is passionate about developing strong field teams, enhancing constructability, and driving continuous improvement across every job site.
