This project consisted of the demolition and removal of existing pipe racks, boiler building, tank farm walls and floor and miscellaneous concrete and asphalt and the construction of a new tank farm and distribution complex complete with a containment area, installation of 8 new chemical storage tanks, new boiler building, pipe racks, truck canopy, rail car mobile unloading platform, spur line, blend tank system, drum off-loading building, replacement of existing pump systems and blending tank all complete with new power distribution and controls with final site grading and paving.

For this project NAC self performed all earthworks, piling, reinforced concrete, structural steel, pipe fabrication and millwrighting.
