Demolition and retrofit of existing water plant facilities coupled with a larger building expansion to include; three pre-packaged sand filters, two claricone clarifiers and recarbonation tanks, one lime silo and associated equipment, high & low lift pumps and associated piping, two clearwell reservoirs and high lift pump wells, two lime sludge lagoons, upgrades to three pump well stations, conversion of existing plant to accommodate the addition of backwash water tanks & facilities plus additional office expansion, and various yard piping and siteworks.
