Major expansion and retrofit to the existing Pembroke Water Pollution Control Plant consisting of a new SBR facility, new administration building, new UV disinfection facility, new digester and retrofit of existing digesters including expansion to the existing digester control building, new odour control system and biofilter facility, primary clarifier equipment replacement including a new roof enclosure, retrofit at existing headworks involving new grit facilities and channels, selective and mass demolition of existing primary clarifiers and chlorine contact structures sequenced with tie-in and by-pass requirements to keep the plant operational at all times, and significant re-piping to yard process systems.
