Expansion to the existing Langley Wastewater Treatment Plant including; a new influent pumping station, new trickling filters over the existing RBC tanks, new sludge thickening facility, additional chlorine contact tank, and circular clarifier as well as retrofit modifications to the existing final clarifiers, conversion of an existing clarifier to a third activated sludge tank, baffle replacement in one existing chlorine contact tank, retrofit work to the existing chemical equipment and systems, as well as various yard piping modifications and additions.
The work also included a new unit substation, PLC and associated electrical distribution equipment plus the installation of Owner supplied filter media.
