North America Construction (NAC) provides a comprehensive range of mechanical services tailored to the needs of industrial projects. Focusing on functionality, safety, and efficiency for buildings and infrastructure, our team self-performs all mechanical work, employing skilled professionals—including plumbers, millwrights, welders, and pipefitters—to ensure seamless, high-quality installations. We handle the design, installation, maintenance, and repair of essential systems that meet industry standards and optimize operational efficiency.
Our mechanical team routinely manages the installation and upkeep of HVAC equipment such as boilers, chillers, heaters, AC units, and fans, along with process piping, valving, and plumbing systems. We are also equipped to install various process equipment, including water treatment systems, pumps, heat exchangers, compressors, tanks, mixers, cooling towers, dryers, centrifuges, presses, evaporators, and homogenizers.
Within our mechanical service group, we perform essential testing and implementation work to ensure safe and reliable operations. This includes hydrostatic pressure testing, equipment testing and balancing, millwright alignment, troubleshooting, and equipment start-up. Our team also supports mechanical equipment selection by providing CAPEX and OPEX comparisons based on each project’s specific needs.
Leveraging advanced technologies and a collaborative approach, we deliver customized solutions that prioritize energy conservation and sustainable practices, ensuring minimal operational disruptions, optimal system performance, and extended infrastructure longevity.
