North America Construction’s (NAC) civil service group is dedicated to designing, constructing, and maintaining critical infrastructure that sustains communities. With a focus on transportation networks, water management systems, and public works, and a skilled in-house team of labourers, form setters, carpenters, and concrete finishers, we self-perform all labour involved in forming, reinforcing, pouring, and finishing structural concrete work. This capability allows us to ensure consistent quality across every project phase—from initial planning and site development to construction and maintenance.

At NAC, we work closely with clients to deliver high-quality, customized civil services aligned with each project’s specific needs. Our civil team regularly manages and installs concrete foundations, slabs, tanks, walls, suspended slabs and roofs, architectural concrete, bridges, culverts, and structural concrete repairs. We also offer precast concrete services to reduce on-site labour, along with concrete testing, analysis, and rebar testing to ensure compliance with required standards.

Our civil group also manages and installs rough and finish carpentry, waterproofing, damp-proofing, joint sealants, fire-stopping, doors, windows, drywall, and metal fabrication. We coordinate with specialized trades, such as roofing, siding, coatings, and masonry, to ensure quality in all areas. After installation, we conduct water-tightness testing to confirm waterproof integrity.
