Port Hope Water Treatment Plant Upgrades

Expansion of the existing Port Hope Water Treatment Plant and the addition of a new 20 MLD Zenon Ultrafiltration building.

The new addition consisted of the following elements:

• Four Zenon membrane trains and associated pumps and ancillary equipment
• High and low lift vertical turbine pumps and associated piping
• Inlet screening
• Emergency generator
• Chemical equipment and systems
• A new reservoir and chlorine contact tanks
• Chlorine equipment and piping
• Backwash wastewater treatment equipment and systems
• New offices and control rooms
• Extensive yard piping
• Access roads and site related work.
