Red Deer Water Treatment Plant Phase 3 Upgrades

The Red Deer Water Treatment Plant Phase 3 Upgrade project comprised of the upgrades, replacement, and additions to the plant chemical feed systems, HVAC systems, hot water boilers, pumps, stand-by power, electrical systems, roofing, plant controls and SCADA systems.

All upgrades were conducted as the plant continued to operate and function. Numerous shutdowns were coordinated with plant operations staff to minimize disruptions and to ensure the continuous safety of the city drinking water supply.
