Duffin Creek Water Pollution Control Plant - Stage 1 & 2

The Duffin Creek WPCP Stage 1 & 2 upgrade project involved the construction of a new TS-102 electrical substation, standby emergency power system and duct banks.

The scope of work also included the construction of new concrete vaults and pads for installation of the 44KV switchgear and transformers, 5 KV switchgear enclosures and 4-3MW generators including fuel storage and delivery systems.

The project also involved the installation of over 2km of underground concrete encased duct banks and associated 5KV feeder cabling including the re-feeding of existing equipment throughout the plant.
