Duffin Creek Water Pollution Control Plant - Enhanced Phosphorus Removal Upgrade Facilities
The work at Duffin Creek consisted of a major capacity expansion to the existing facility to¬taling some $400 million of construction over 36 months.
The contract consisted of:
- The complete construction of a new polymer dosing facility
- Installation of Stages 1 and 2 On-Line Phosphorous Analyzer Systems
- Upgrading and selective demolition of Stages 1 and 2 Ferrous/Ferric dosing systems including new chemical metering pumps
- Replacement of Stage 2 Ferrous/Ferric Chloride solution storage tanks and roofing system
- Ancillary works for Duffin Creek WPCP Stage 3 Liquids Modules Expansion
